To hold your date click 'make a deposit'. This will take you to our PayPal account. Disregard the phrase 'donation', this will act as a cash deposit for your event and the amount will be taken off your final bill.

What's your capacity? Where can my event take place?

We have a private courtyard available that can hold 58 people. In the event of inclement weather your event can easily be moved in doors. Our indoor capacity is currently limited due to NYS mandates.

What fees are involved? What do they include?

There is a hourly rental fee as well as drink/food minimums that vary depending on the day/time of your event.  Prices are all inclusive except NYS sales tax and include private use of the space, professional staff and set up/break down. Decor is not included.  We are happy to inflate a reasonable amount of balloons if you bring them as we have a helium tank.

What's the layout?

Our courtyard is semi covered by a shade canopy providing both sun and shaded areas for sitting.  For both indoor and outdoor events food is served buffet style.  Tables can be provided for gifts, desserts, favors etc.

Parking for your guests is available in the Hamburg Municipal lot (connected to our building by sidewalk) or our private parking lot off Union street.
